Return Policy and Exchange 

We understand that sometimes plants may just be duds, Rooted Living Designs offers a 7 day plant exchange policy where if within the first 7 days a plant starts to die due to an unknown cause it will be replaced with the same or similar plant. Rooted Living Designs does not take responsibility for acts of nature such as heavy rains, winds, hail or frost. We also will not replace any under or over watered plants, as once it leaves the shop the care is up to the buyer.

***Imported Tropicals from Overseas are also considered FINAL SALE. These are collectors items and we urge our plant friends to do their research before they purchase.

***Products shipped via Canada Post or via courier are considered FINAL SALE. Rooted Living Designs does it’s best to indicate fragile and appropriately pack the product but cannot guarantee the couriers mis-handling the package. We ship Hard goods year round, but DO NOT ship plants in the winter months or if temperatures at night are below freezing.
